Responsibilities
- Identify and decompose reliability requirements.
- Perform reliability predictions on mechanical and electrical components.
- Conduct system-level reliability assessments.
- Design reliability/life tests and model reliability growth.
- Analyze data to drive improvements in design and test reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability initiatives.
- Support maintenance strategy improvements.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in a reliability role.
- Proven experience in mechanical, fluid, and electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with reliability/life test design and Weibull analysis preferred.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
