Responsibilities
- Identification and decomposition of reliability requirements
- Performing reliability predictions on mechanical and electrical components
- Conducting system-level reliability assessments
- Designing reliability/life tests and reliability growth modeling
- Collaborating with design and operations engineers to drive improvements
- Analyzing data to determine factors impacting reliability
- Supporting initiatives to enhance design, test, and flight reliability
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in a reliability role
- Proven track record in mechanical, fluid, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quality and configuration management systems
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
