Responsibilities
- Identify and decompose reliability requirements.
- Perform reliability predictions on mechanical and electrical components.
- Conduct system-level reliability assessments.
- Design reliability/life tests and model reliability growth.
- Collaborate with design engineers and operations engineers for improvements.
- Support initiatives to enhance design, test, and flight reliability.
- Analyze data to determine factors driving reliability.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in a reliability role.
- Proven track record in mechanical, fluid, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of quality and configuration management systems.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
