Responsibilities
- Organize manufacturing validation activities for new or revised products.
- Validate manufacturing processes to meet product specifications.
- Assist in identifying root causes of failures and building solutions.
- Provide updates in weekly program and executive reviews.
- Track project milestones and resource usage.
- Perform detailed analysis of problems and review PFMEA.
- Ensure proper project close-out and handover with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in project management is helpful (PMP, PMI certificates).
- Familiarity with design and implementation of projects, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional projects.
- Strong process improvement mindset and hands-on approach.
