Responsibilities
- Utilize work measurement to optimize factory and material flow processes.
- Develop layout and production line alternatives.
- Conduct work measurement studies for production equipment and human work.
- Identify value-adding and non-value-adding tasks to streamline processes.
- Conduct capacity studies and sensitivity analyses to improve line throughput.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support layout and space readiness initiatives for new line installations.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing principles and their application.
- Strong comfort level in a high-expectation environment.
- Proficiency in MySQL, basic Excel, and flowcharting software; knowledge of CAD is a bonus.
- Previous experience in production control or related areas is preferred.
- Ability to conduct data analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
