Responsibilities
- Design and own equipment to meet operational requirements for new launches and sustaining projects.
- Create equipment drawings, specifications, and purchase requisitions.
- Analyze and optimize production processes to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track new processes and associated work instructions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools.
- Develop Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEAs) and Control Plans to ensure safety and quality.
- Define and oversee Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) of manufacturing equipment.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD and SolidWorks).
- Previous internship or project experience is a plus.
- Strong professional communication skills.
