Responsibilities
- Design and own equipment to meet operational requirements for new launches and sustaining projects.
- Create equipment drawings, specifications, quotes, and purchase requisitions.
- Analyze and optimize production processes to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Design, and Quality Engineering teams.
- Develop FMEAs and Control Plans ensuring safety and process control.
- Define and oversee Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) of manufacturing equipment.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Professional and positive communication skills.
- Previous internship and/or project experience is a plus.
