Responsibilities
- Design and build custom test equipment for validation.
- Manage projects from concept through design and commissioning.
- Write and maintain test software for automation and data analysis.
- Develop and maintain validation schedules and communicate status to managers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
- Automate repeatable tasks to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a relevant degree.
- Proven technical experience from academic or extracurricular projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and experience with testing equipment.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with systems and automation.
- Coding experience, preferably in Python.
- Design experience with CAD software is preferred.
