Responsibilities
- Manage material program scope and identify program risks.
- Assist in the development of automated cell prototype line equipment and processes.
- Process test data and optimize model parameters for cell lifetime predictions.
- Contribute to the design and execution of experiments related to cell materials.
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to develop innovative solutions.
- Drive improvements in production metrics such as Cpk and OEE.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignments within the team.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
- Experience with SolidWorks, Python, or other 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology and electrochemistry.
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling physical systems.
- Participation in research related to battery or cell materials.
- Understanding of first-principle physics in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Plotly.
