Responsibilities
- Develop aerodynamic concepts and technology in CAD
- Utilize and develop CFD workflows for aerodynamic evaluation and optimization
- Support physical testing activities in the wind tunnel and on-road testing
- Analyze, document, and present technical findings
- Develop software tools to assist and improve development activities
- Collaborate with engineering groups on part execution and testing
- Contribute to projects that shape the future of Tesla's product designs
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
- A curious mind and attention to detail
- Proven ability to translate technical understanding into designs
- Understanding of CFD modeling, preferably with Star-CCM+
- Familiarity with CAD software for 3D surface geometry (ideally Catia/3DX)
- Willingness to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks
- Ability to analyze and present technical findings effectively
