Responsibilities
- Perform value-stream analysis using simulations.
- Support and validate decision-making on process and material flow layout with data.
- Analyze production assumptions to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure factory layouts align with production goals.
- Analyze and optimize existing factory and asset conditions.
- Propose and quantify benefits of layout changes for current or future factories.
- Synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership.
Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Discrete Event Simulation software.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making for process layout and production line design.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data.
- Ability to gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
