Responsibilities
- Monitor field performance of products and identify opportunities for improvements
- Execute field investigations
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and prioritize investigations
- Conduct vehicle and component level debug and failure analysis
- Identify root causes of problems using first principles and 5why methodology
- Coordinate and dispatch field failure investigations
- Drive containment and corrective action implementation
Job Requirements
- 0-5+ years of hands-on experience in failure analysis, reliability, or related electro-mechanical systems
- Background in electronics or automotive (electrical engineering focus preferred)
- Hands-on experience in debugging and testing electrical systems
- Proficient in PCBA level troubleshooting and debugging
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Degree in electrical, mechatronic, or similar fields/equivalent experience required
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
