Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day coverage of production equipment for the Power Conversion System line.
- Respond promptly to alarms, breakdowns, and production requests to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Own equipment health and uptime metrics, driving improvements in reliability.
- Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures and schedules.
- Lead or support major repairs, rebuilds, and retrofits during downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address equipment issues and implement design changes.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Experience with automated equipment, particularly robotic systems.
- Familiarity with KUKA or similar robots is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical prints.
- Proficiency in CAD tools for equipment design and layout.
- Hands-on experience with testing systems is a plus.
