Responsibilities
- Drive development and continuous improvement of equipment and injection molding processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement solutions.
- Work collaboratively as part of an in-house integration team on projects from concept to commissioning.
- Become a subject matter expert and train others on equipment and processes.
- Create and improve preventive maintenance documents and schedules.
- Lead a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) team and drive improvement projects.
- Participate in spare part analysis and communicate needs to vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with injection molding machines and knowledge of paint processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Skilled in using various hand and portable tools, as well as general machining and welding.
- Experience with fluid dispensing equipment and related maintenance tasks.
- Hands-on experience with dosing machines and injection molding machines.
- Willingness to travel for training and development.
