Responsibilities
- Drive ramp of new production lines and maintain or improve performance metrics.
- Lead safety and ergonomics initiatives for production equipment.
- Design, fabricate, install, and modify equipment improvements.
- Collaborate with Controls Engineers to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Develop detailed maintenance instructions for complex repair tasks.
- Generate and maintain documentation for machine and process specifications.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
- Proven experience in ramping equipment into manufacturing processes.
- Experience in high volume manufacturing and related areas.
- Proficiency with 3D and 2D CAD platforms.
- Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in developing operating and maintenance instructions.
