Responsibilities
- Drive the ramp of new production lines and maintain/improve performance metrics.
- Lead initiatives to enhance safety and ergonomics of production equipment.
- Design, fabricate, install, and modify equipment improvements.
- Collaborate with Controls Engineers to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Develop detailed maintenance instructions for complex repair tasks.
- Generate and maintain documentation, including specifications and process flow charts.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and maximize throughput.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
- Proven experience in ramping equipment into manufacturing, including automation and electromechanical systems.
- Experience in high volume manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with 3D and 2D CAD platforms.
- Ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience developing operating and maintenance instructions and training operators.
