Responsibilities
- Drive hardware validation efforts for LV/ES programs.
- Develop and maintain test automation software for safety and data analysis.
- Design and build custom test equipment for efficient validation.
- Manage tests from development through execution and coordinate resources.
- Collaborate with design partners and reliability teams to address test failures.
- Ensure products meet design intent over the vehicle's lifetime.
- Utilize standard lab equipment and coding skills for automation and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven technical experience through internships or projects.
- Experience using standard lab equipment (power supplies, oscilloscopes, etc.).
- Coding experience, preferably in Python, for automation.
- Demonstrated experience in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on approach to system interaction and automation.
- Strong focus on efficiency and problem-solving.
