Responsibilities
- Create test plans in collaboration with design partners.
- Design and implement hardware test systems for reliability testing.
- Build test systems for sensors, wire harnesses, and motor controllers.
- Operate robotic limbs, actuators, and PCBAs for testing.
- Analyze test data and identify issues; collaborate for resolutions.
- Document test procedures, results, and analyses.
- Collaborate with engineers across functions to suggest design improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience in designing/testing electrical or robotic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for test setups.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical CAD tools (e.g., Altium, Solidworks).
- Ability to use Python or MATLAB for data interpretation.
- Experience with electrical test equipment selection and implementation.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and presentations.
