Responsibilities
- Develop commissioning, startup, and operations plans for mechanical systems.
- Lead field execution during commissioning and troubleshooting of facility system operational issues.
- Create and modify maintenance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train personnel.
- Interface with design and installation teams to ensure quality system delivery.
- Apply Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) concepts to problems.
- Identify and implement improvement projects for facility system reliability and efficiency.
- Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills are required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience with mechanical engineering principles and systems.
- Strong troubleshooting background and issue resolution skills.
- Experience in system commissioning and startup is a plus.
- Knowledge of HVAC, pumps, pneumatics, and industrial chilled water systems.
- Strong data and system analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA).
