Intern Engineer Undergraduate

The role is for an intern engineer undergraduate who will support engineering-related projects and processes at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, focusing on medical devices for blood and cell collection and processing.

• Perform planned work to accomplish project goals and gain experience with engineering processes.
• Assist with data analysis and produce necessary reports.
• Communicate with coworkers, customers, or vendors regarding material properties.
• Develop solutions to routine and non-routine engineering problems.
• Assist in data entry into computer databases or company files.
• Apply engineering concepts and skills in assignments.
• Support the design and implementation of solutions for intermediate to advanced problems.

• Pursuing a degree in engineering, physical science, or life science.
• No prior experience required.
• Knowledge of engineering or scientific processes.
• Ability to analyze problems and contribute to solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant PC software applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Equivalent competency level may be considered.
