Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and operate factory subsystems, including Manufacturing Execution System and programmable logic controllers.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as the on-site technical lead.
- Provide training and support to operations team users.
- Document system design, installation, and maintenance procedures.
- Work with on-site maintenance technicians for electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in the field.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and programmable logic controllers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Experience with industrial automation and robotic systems (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
