Responsibilities
- Track and assess product MTBUR and MTBF across global datasets.
- Identify performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reliability reports and technical presentations for stakeholders.
- Investigate field returns and document failed part conditions.
- Develop reliability predictions using industry-standard models.
- Prepare detailed FMEA and Fault Tree Analysis based on electronic assembly parts lists.
- Propose and monitor implementation of product/process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering with a focus on digital electronic theory.
- AA Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Must be a US Person (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or refugees).
- Experience in reliability analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of FMEA and Fault Tree Analysis.
- Familiarity with corrective action processes and quality support.
- Ability to interface with cross-functional teams for failure analysis.
