Responsibilities
- Track and assess product MTBUR and MTBF across global and airline-specific datasets.
- Identify performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reliability reports and technical presentations for stakeholders.
- Investigate field returns and document failed part conditions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to analyze component-level failures and trends.
- Develop reliability predictions using industry-standard models.
- Propose and monitor implementation of product/process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering with a focus on digital electronics.
- 2+ years of experience in reliability engineering for electronic equipment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with reliability modeling tools and standards.
- Must be a US Person (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).
