Responsibilities
- Lead global device and combination product development strategy from feasibility through lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory delivery of device/combination product content.
- Oversee device industrialization and tech transfer to manufacturing and suppliers.
- Establish and govern platform-device strategies to improve efficiency across programs.
- Drive external innovation and partnerships, including supplier and design house collaborations.
- Champion digital engineering capabilities to enhance predictability and reduce iteration cycles.
- Build and lead a high-performing global team, managing talent strategy and resource allocation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, engineering, or related field.
- 15+ to 25+ years of relevant industry experience in device/combination product development.
- Deep expertise in drug delivery device development and regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership and program management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience in writing regulatory documents and managing compliance issues.
- Ability to anticipate issues and proactively implement solutions in a dynamic environment.
