Responsibilities
- Develop and refine algorithms for flight control, payload management, and autonomy.
- Enhance design and analysis tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Improve simulation models for GNC development testing.
- Test and validate GNC systems in various flight test scenarios.
- Collaborate with a small team to support rapid development.
- Use MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm development and system performance analysis.
- Participate in the full aircraft development cycle from design to testing.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in aircraft control systems.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm and system modeling.
- Experience in aircraft development cycles (Design - Build - Test).
- Strong background in GNC algorithm development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required for compliance with ITAR regulations.
- Relevant experience in testing and validating aircraft systems.
