Responsibilities
- Perform basic instrumentation and control system engineering tasks and calculations.
- Assist in the development of technical documents and P&IDs.
- Design junction boxes and control panels.
- Develop PLC programs and HMI configurations as experience is gained.
- Conduct panel tests and verification, with or without customer witnessing.
- Collaborate with the team on design projects.
- Maintain professionalism and effective communication within the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited university.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Working knowledge of relevant electrical standards (NFPA70, IEC, etc.).
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with P&ID diagrams.
- Previous hands-on experience as an electrician or instrument technician is a plus.
- AutoCAD & AutoCAD Electrical experience desired but not required.
