Responsibilities
- Bridge communication with customers regarding mechanical repairs.
- Assist in inspections to develop accurate work scopes.
- Use CAD software to document design changes and create drawings.
- Engage in day-to-day operations with hands-on involvement.
- Perform or confirm precise measurements using micrometers and calipers.
- Participate in on-the-job training as required.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them timely.
Job Requirements
- Preferred 3 years’ experience in rotating equipment repairs.
- Experience in rotating equipment manufacturing or package design and assembly.
- Knowledge of vibration analysis and field service overhauls.
- Proficient with CAD software: AutoDesk or Solidworks.
- Familiarity with rolling element bearings, oil seals, and alignment.
- Proficient in using micrometers.
- Willingness to learn about seal and bearing clearances.
