Responsibilities
- Perform on-site field service preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on electromechanical equipment.
- Provide timely reports for jobs performed to customers.
- Prioritize internal safety initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with shop projects related to electromechanical systems.
- Engage in hands-on tasks and day-to-day operations.
- Participate in on-the-job training for interdisciplinary tasks.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Preferred 0-4 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Knowledge in electric motor and generator repairs and design.
- Experience with transformer repair and design.
- Familiarity with switch gear design and diagnostics.
- Proficiency in basic power theory and operations of induction and synchronous motors.
- Understanding of transformer principles and operation of semiconductors.
- Ability to conduct winding insulation tests.
