Responsibilities
- Interface with various teams to develop quality signals and processes for program reliability goals.
- Maintain quality processes to manage nonconforming materials and parts.
- Coordinate containment actions for non-conforming products and conduct root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities for risk reduction and complexity removal in designs and processes.
- Track yield and inspection escapes, ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into new product introductions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- 1+ years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance/control, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9000, and/or Nadcap AC7004.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and self-direct.
- Knowledge of quality tools like Lean principles and Six Sigma.
- Experience with high volume manufacturing processes.
