Responsibilities
- Interface with Production operations, Inspection, Shipping/Receiving, and Engineering teams to develop quality signals and processes.
- Maintain quality processes to manage nonconforming materials and parts.
- Coordinate containment actions for non-conforming products and identify root causes.
- Identify opportunities for risk reduction and complexity removal in designs and processes.
- Track yield and test/inspection escapes, incorporating lessons learned into NPI.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to address reliability gaps.
- Lead projects and drive accountability across teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
- 1+ years of experience in quality systems, assurance/control, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9000, and Nadcap AC7004.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as Lean principles and Six Sigma.
- Experience with high volume manufacturing processes.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60-75%.
