Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design teams to incorporate reliability considerations into the design process.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to ensure supplier products meet reliability requirements.
- Develop and execute reliability tests for silicon and package products.
- Create effective production screening to ensure parts meet reliability standards.
- Evaluate failure analysis and coordinate investigations for corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain reliability models and simulations to predict product reliability.
- Analyze failure rates from test results and develop failure prediction models.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in silicon and package reliability engineering.
- Proficiency in reliability modeling methods and statistical techniques for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of accelerated testing methods and semiconductor physics.
- Familiarity with reliability test development and failure analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and extended hours as needed.
