Responsibilities
- Identify and develop process improvements for flight worthiness assessments.
- Develop tools and methodologies to support flight worthiness assessments.
- Serve as the primary contact for planning and executing flight worthiness assessments.
- Act as a subject matter expert for reliability and navigation-related customer inquiries.
- Create technical content for briefs and meetings supporting flight worthiness assessments.
- Collaborate with government partners to improve assessment execution efficiency.
- Track program performance metrics and drive customer inquiries to closure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or physics.
- 5+ years of professional experience managing technical projects.
- Hands-on experience with launch vehicle processing.
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer interface skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience programming with SQL and/or Python.
- Willingness to travel and work long hours as needed.
