Responsibilities
- Generate and improve CAD, engineering drawings, analysis, component specifications, and risk assessments.
- Spearhead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop reliable flow control devices and optimize component deliveries.
- Conduct component testing and checkouts across multiple sites.
- Set standards for component design and qualification testing.
- Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, testing, and flight teams.
- Coordinate and lead a team to achieve program goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical systems design and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Leadership project management experience.
- Understanding of fluid systems, solid mechanics, and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical devices and components.
