Responsibilities
- Generate and improve CAD, engineering drawings, and component specifications.
- Spearhead root cause investigations during development, production, and testing.
- Develop reliable flow control devices and optimize component delivery processes.
- Implement thorough component testing across various sites.
- Set standards for component design and qualification testing.
- Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and testing teams to enhance component reliability.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts to achieve program goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical system design and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Leadership project management skills and effective communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and understanding of fluid systems.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical devices and control systems.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
