Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCBA processes and products for the Starshield supply chain.
- Ensure continuity of supply for electronic products to meet program volume targets.
- Collaborate with design engineers to understand assembly and subsystem designs.
- Support procurement in sourcing parts and assessing supplier manufacturing processes.
- Implement and monitor the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) with suppliers.
- Analyze supplier quality and delivery metrics to drive improvement plans.
- Function as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, material science, hardware engineering, or related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing or related engineering role.
- Knowledge of supplier quality processes and statistical techniques.
- Familiarity with quality systems and IPC manufacturing standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
- Willingness to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Ability to travel up to 25-60% of the work week.
