Responsibilities
- Own design and development of PCB stackups for new designs.
- Drive the introduction of new materials in collaboration with design engineers and supply chain.
- Create test plans and manage PCB reliability campaigns for production.
- Manage design for manufacturability (DFM) processes and documentation.
- Identify trends for optimizing product output and quality enhancements.
- Provide feedback to engineering teams for design improvements.
- Identify and resolve reliability failures through root-cause analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in materials science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in PCB reliability or fabrication.
- Experience with PCB materials and fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards.
- Experience with failure analysis tools like X-Ray and polishing.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques for process analysis.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
