Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and execute upgrades to capital equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Drive improvements to production throughput and reduce quality issues.
- Identify challenges in manufacturing and develop solutions.
- Develop and improve key process indicators and operations metrics.
- Train technicians and engineers on operations practices through workshops.
- Analyze data to drive systemic improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Experience with CAD software, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
- Background in industrial, operations, quality, process, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and visualization.
- Experience with inventory and capacity planning systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
