Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and execute upgrades for capital equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage projects with tight timelines while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Drive improvements to increase production throughput and reduce manufacturing issues.
- Anticipate challenges in satellite manufacturing and develop solutions.
- Develop and standardize key process indicators and operations metrics.
- Train technicians and engineers in best operations practices.
- Conduct data analysis to drive systemic improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Experience with CAD software, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
- Background in industrial, operations, quality, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in statistics and data analysis.
- Experience with production and capacity planning systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
