Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and execute upgrades for capital equipment and infrastructure to meet production demands.
- Manage projects within tight timelines while effectively communicating with stakeholders.
- Drive improvements to increase production throughput and reduce manufacturing build hours.
- Anticipate challenges in satellite manufacturing and develop solutions.
- Develop and improve key process indicators and operations metrics.
- Train technicians and engineers on best practices and process improvements.
- Analyze data to identify system enhancement opportunities and ensure accuracy in datasets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Experience with CAD software and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
- Background as an industrial, operations, quality, or manufacturing engineer.
- Proficiency in statistics and data visualization.
- Experience with inventory and capacity planning systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
