Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and execute upgrades for capital equipment, machine, building/infrastructure, and layout.
- Manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet tight timelines.
- Drive improvements to increase production throughput and reduce manufacturing issues.
- Anticipate challenges in the satellite manufacturing value stream and develop solutions.
- Develop and improve key process indicators and operations metrics.
- Train technicians and engineers on best practices and process improvements.
- Analyze data to drive systemic improvements and ensure accuracy in datasets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Experience with CAD software, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
- Background in industrial, operations, quality, process, or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in statistics and data analysis.
- Experience with inventory, production, and capacity planning.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to various stakeholders.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
