Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop high-reliability electronics for satellites and spacecraft.
- Drive system trades, requirements capture, component selection, analysis, and documentation.
- Get hands-on support for hardware through production, satellite integration, and flight.
- Collaborate with engineers from adjacent disciplines to deliver integrated hardware.
- Challenge assumptions and approach problems with an open mind.
- Conduct detailed failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and support the health of satellite electronics while in orbit.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or a related STEM discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in design/analysis of circuits or hardware (internships/co-ops included).
- Experience designing and implementing mixed-signal circuit boards.
- Strong understanding of computers and programming languages (Python, C/C++).
- Experience testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics.
- Ability to work in a highly cross-functional role.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
