Responsibilities
- Design factory processes for high-quality flow control devices and mechanisms.
- Optimize production flow and implement targeted automation.
- Collaborate with engineers and vendors for manufacturability of parts.
- Maintain work instructions and track defects/part movement.
- Support component level testing and solve production yield issues.
- Aim for zero workmanship defects and enhance factory scrutiny.
- Ensure on-time delivery of new components and support development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of mechanical design/hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or mentorship experience, with effective communication skills.
- Experience with fluid and electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanics, and thermodynamics.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and fluid schematics.
- Experience in software development (SQL, Python, or C#) is a plus.
