Responsibilities
- Design the factory and processes for high-quality flow control devices and mechanisms.
- Optimize production flow and implement automation to accelerate production.
- Collaborate with engineers and vendors to ensure parts are designed for manufacturability.
- Maintain work instructions and track defects in a scalable manner.
- Support component testing such as proof, leak, and functional checkouts.
- Target zero defects and enhance scrutiny as products mature.
- Solve production yield investigations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of mechanical design/hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or mentorship experience with effective communication skills.
- Experience with fluid and electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanics, materials, and thermodynamics.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and fluid schematics.
- Experience in software development in SQL, Python, or C#.
