Responsibilities
- Design the factory and processes for high-quality flow control devices and mechanisms.
- Optimize production flow and accelerate manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with development engineers and external vendors for manufacturability.
- Maintain work instructions and track defects/part movement.
- Support component-level testing and resolve production yield issues.
- Aim for zero workmanship defects and enhance product scrutiny over time.
- Implement flight-like acceptance testing for components.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of mechanical design/hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Experience with fluid and electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanics, materials, and thermodynamics.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and fluid schematics.
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
- Experience in software development in SQL, Python, or C#.
