Responsibilities
- Design factory processes for high-quality flow control devices and mechanisms.
- Optimize production flow and implement targeted automation.
- Collaborate with design engineers and vendors for manufacturability.
- Maintain work instructions and track defects/part movement.
- Support component level testing and investigate production yields.
- Aim for zero workmanship defects and enhance product scrutiny.
- Engage in long hours and travel as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or engineering.
- 1+ years of mechanical design or manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
- Familiarity with fluid and electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanics, and thermodynamics.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and fluid schematics.
- Experience in software development (SQL, Python, or C#) is a plus.
