Responsibilities
- Own product success for precision machined parts with tight tolerances.
- Interface with design engineers and machinists for design feedback.
- Implement process improvements for production quality and throughput.
- Create justifications for large projects and manage their implementation.
- Develop quality plans for hardware inspection and testing.
- Design and fabricate tooling for machining and assembly.
- Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or related field.
- 1+ years of engineering design experience.
- Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter CAD/PDM systems preferred.
- Hands-on experience with machining and inspection tools.
- Strong experience using GD&T.
- Basic understanding of electrical and control systems.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming language is a plus.
