Mechanical Design Engineer (Starlink Production)

The Mechanical Design Engineer (Starlink Production) role at SpaceX involves designing the factory of the future for mass production of satellites and high-performance space hardware. • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in designing mechanical systems using 3D CAD software.
• Experience with structural design and analysis.
• Familiarity with custom machine design and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to perform structural hand calculations.
• Strong understanding of design for manufacturability and assembly.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and hands-on machining.
