Responsibilities
- Design factory processes for high-quality flow control devices and mechanisms.
- Optimize production flow and implement targeted automation.
- Collaborate with engineers and vendors for manufacturability.
- Maintain work instructions and track defects/part movements.
- Support component-level testing and solve production yield issues.
- Aim for zero workmanship defects and enhance factory scrutiny.
- Introduce innovative products to the factory and evolve shop capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of mechanical design/hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or mentorship experience and effective communication skills.
- Experience with fluid and electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanics, materials, and electrical circuits.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
- Experience in software development in SQL, Python, or C#.
