Responsibilities
- Design and implement electro-mechanical assembly and test processes
- Collaborate with the mechanical design team for manufacturability
- Lead prototype builds and ensure production milestones are met
- Ensure manufacturing systems meet volume, cost, and quality targets
- Lead facilities development and material flow definition
- Identify and implement tooling and automation solutions
- Work with resources or vendors to develop production solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a high-volume commercial or automotive manufacturing environment
- Ability to design tooling for high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with automation in production processes
- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, and MES systems
- Availability for extended hours and travel up to 10%
