Responsibilities
- Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies and qualify new equipment.
- Design line layout and tooling while collaborating with design engineers.
- Implement and automate high reliability manufacturing processes.
- Optimize product output, quality, and manufacturability costs.
- Drive volume production processes including configuration management and yield improvement.
- Manage work instructions and process documentation.
- Provide process training to production teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in SMT processes or PCBA processes.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and manufacturing metrics.
- Experience with CAD software and programming skills in SQL or Python.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and willingness to work extended hours.
