Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCBA manufacturing processes and products for in-house production.
- Drive processes for volume production of PCBA, including execution and nonconforming product management.
- Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies, collaborating with design engineers.
- Use process capability analysis and other tools to lead equipment selection.
- Design and implement systems to enhance safety on the PCBA production line.
- Track schedules, work-in-progress, and defect rates of owned products.
- Identify trends for optimizing product output and quality enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
- High volume production experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SMT processing or related PCBA processes.
- Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with statistical techniques and methods.
