Responsibilities
- Process engineering for PCBA manufacturing
- Manage new product introduction and qualify new equipment
- Automate high reliability manufacturing processes
- Identify trends for optimizing product output and quality
- Drive volume production processes and manage documentation
- Implement configuration management and traceability tracking
- Train production teams on processes and work instructions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or related areas
- High volume production experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with SMT and PCBA processes
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and manufacturing metrics
- Competency in SQL and Python
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
