Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for product design and process improvements.
- Analyze manufacturing discrepancies and work with the quality team on corrective actions.
- Create and manage manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, and specifications.
- Communicate with departments such as production, machining, maintenance, quality, and design engineering.
- Use project management skills to lead projects for cost reduction or quality improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or physics.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, manufacturing, or testing.
- Experience with CNC machinery and CAM programming.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- CAD experience, preferably with NX & Teamcenter.
- Tooling design experience and knowledge of design for manufacturability.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent high-performance culture systems.
