Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for product design and process improvements.
- Analyze and address manufacturing discrepancies in collaboration with the quality team.
- Create and manage manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, and specifications.
- Communicate daily with production, machining, maintenance, quality, and design engineering teams.
- Lead projects for alternate component technologies to reduce costs or improve quality and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of relevant experience (industry, internships, or research projects).
- Preferred: Master's degree in engineering.
- Experience with CNC machinery and CAM programming.
- Knowledge of GD&T and CAD (NX & Teamcenter).
- Experience with tooling design and design for manufacturability.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent systems.
