Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify improvement opportunities in supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain leadership to align on design requirements.
- Define strategic goals and lead initiatives to meet production and engineering expectations.
- Ensure alignment across goals on cost, quality, and delivery with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Develop standards for supplier delivery and manage end-to-end execution.
- Drive execution of deliverables and track progress through established KPIs.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, focusing on development and succession planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Strong technical understanding of MRP systems and BOM management.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with SQL and Power BI.
