Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain failure analysis and destructive physical analysis (DPA) lab equipment.
- Assist with root cause failure analysis of EEE components and solder joints.
- Perform DPA quality workmanship checks on EEE components.
- Conduct component-level accelerated testing on EEE parts.
- Manage failure analysis and DPA lab test schedules.
- Ensure adherence to lab safety procedures and maintain lab cleanliness.
- Document results of testing and analysis comprehensively.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience.
- 1+ years of experience in electronics testing or inspection.
- Associate degree or higher in engineering, physics, or chemistry preferred.
- Experience with failure analysis techniques and lab equipment.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to solve complex problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
