Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain failure analysis and destructive physical analysis (DPA) lab equipment.
  • Assist with root cause failure analysis of EEE components and solder joints.
  • Perform DPA quality workmanship checks on EEE components.
  • Conduct component-level accelerated testing on EEE parts.
  • Manage failure analysis and DPA lab test schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to lab safety procedures and maintain lab cleanliness.
  • Document results of testing and analysis comprehensively.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in electronics testing or inspection.
  • Associate degree or higher in engineering, physics, or chemistry preferred.
  • Experience with failure analysis techniques and lab equipment.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
