Global Supply Manager, Raw Materials (Raptor)

The Global Supply Manager for Raw Materials at SpaceX is responsible for managing the supply chain for critical raw materials used in various aerospace programs, ensuring high quality and cost-effective sourcing.

• Manage the supply base for critical raw material commodities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet production goals.
• Ensure adequate manufacturing capacity and quality yield.
• Provide guidance on design for manufacturability and cost reduction.
• Assess supplier capabilities and implement product life cycle management.
• Monitor costs and maintain project-specific budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.

• Advanced degree with 4+ years or bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with global sourcing and raw material mills.
• Ability to manage large contracts and purchase orders.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
