Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers to define commodity strategy and technology roadmaps.
- Manage global sourcing and supplier qualification processes.
- Negotiate commercial agreements for pricing and volume with suppliers.
- Utilize predictive analytics for demand forecasting and risk management.
- Drive cost leadership through value engineering and pricing agreements.
- Lead supplier innovation programs for hardware development.
- Establish and review KPIs for cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in business, supply chain, or engineering.
- 5+ years in global supply chain or procurement focused on hardware or datacenter infrastructure.
- Technical understanding of networking architectures and optical transceivers.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with commodity management and vendor development processes.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
