Responsibilities
- Support pre-compliance and 3rd party certification testing for electronics applications.
- Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC and radio requirements.
- Design and operate an EMC test facility for compliance testing.
- Obtain and maintain lab accreditation for self-certification.
- Develop and maintain calibration of lab equipment.
- Interface with design teams to set requirements for various Starlink products.
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility design and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 1+ years of hardware-focused test engineering experience.
- 3+ years of E3 work experience preferred, including EMC and RF analysis.
- Experience with CISPR/FCC standards and EMC lab maintenance.
- Proficiency in EMC test automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for EMI/EMC issues.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics and drawings.
