Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test solutions for avionics and payload hardware.
- Select hardware or design custom PCBAs for testing.
- Write automation software in Python for testing and documentation.
- Support hardware through production and satellite integration.
- Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines for integrated hardware solutions.
- Conduct electrical bench testing and analyze failures.
- Drive improvements in design through data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or related STEM field.
- 1+ years of experience in hardware development or electronics test engineering.
- Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, C/C++).
- Experience with circuit analysis and functional test plans.
- Familiarity with test equipment and measurement techniques.
- Understanding of electronics reliability and failure mechanisms.
- Experience in environmental testing and metrology.
