Responsibilities
- Rapidly design, develop, and test highly reliable electronics for satellite communication.
- Drive electrical architecture, specification, component selection, circuit board design, implementation, verification, and debugging.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, thermal, manufacturing, and production test teams.
- Ensure designs are viable through cross-disciplinary teamwork and system-level thinking.
- Explore solutions for unsolved or unknown problems within quick development timelines.
- Manage hardware through all aspects of its life cycle from design to production.
- Maintain excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in designing electronics products from concept through production.
- Experience with mixed-signal circuit boards and various electronic components.
- Proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics.
- Strong understanding of programming languages, particularly Python and C/C++.
- Ability to work in a highly cross-functional role and fast-paced projects.
- Active security clearance is preferred for sensitive missions.
