Responsibilities
- Drive the selection and qualification of high reliability EEE components and connectors.
- Manage EEE piece part certification and reliability data collection.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve design and quality control issues.
- Perform piece part data reviews and ongoing approval maintenance.
- Evaluate qualification and reliability data for component suitability.
- Develop and present reliability risk assessments to customers.
- Conduct destructive physical teardowns of components.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in EEE part reliability or failure analysis.
- Familiarity with EEE failure analysis lab equipment.
- 3+ years of experience in EEE parts reliability engineering (preferred).
- Knowledge of manufacturing qualification and process controls.
- Understanding of failure modes in EEE parts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
