Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between avionics engineering, supply chain, and production.
- Support part production and manufacturing process development.
- Implement and automate high reliability manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address manufacturing issues and updates.
- Select and qualify new equipment for electronics manufacturing.
- Design and implement tooling for manufacturing efficiency.
- Prepare necessary engineering documentation for production transition.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical hardware systems.
- 3+ years of professional experience preferred.
- Experience with design for manufacture and test for electromechanical hardware.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software and GD&T.
- Understanding of electronic components and PCBAs.
- Excellent communication skills.
