Responsibilities
- Own and execute industrial automation projects in collaboration with various teams.
- Develop and upgrade data acquisition and control systems.
- Provide technical support for controls technicians and other engineering groups.
- Lead technicians and/or contractors efficiently.
- Commission new hardware and perform continuous improvements for team processes.
- Draft and redline drawings in electrical and fluids schematics.
- Program PLCs and HMIs according to engineering design.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 2+ years of experience in a controls technician, controls specialist, or engineering role.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technology field preferred.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in programming PLC and HMI.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, challenging work environment.
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation and control systems.
