Responsibilities
- Provide daily direction and oversight to the service technicians.
- Coach and support the team in daily operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development for technicians.
- Monitor service KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
- Maintain service records and documentation for audits.
- Develop and improve service processes for cost reduction and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of technical experience in a regulated industry.
- 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Direct customer-facing experience is a plus.
