Responsibilities
- Support engineering in designing and building prototypes.
- Finalize CAD designs for the current prototype.
- Enhance designs through precise tolerancing.
- Deliver detailed CAD drawings for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with vendors to source components.
- Support finite element analysis (FEA) simulations.
- Create models for the current prototype and full-scale system.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering Degree program.
- Experience in solid modeling and drawing release of structures.
- Familiarity with Mechanical FEA tools and CAD software (SolidWorks).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, creative, and innovative thinking skills.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Must conform to U.S. Government export regulations.
